Details
A Retro 18K (750/000) yellow gold and platina ring in the form of a stylised flower with a diamond heart. The flower petals are made of an undulating flat cone that end in a round plateau of single cut diamonds set in platinum. This is a typical design of the 1940s and 1950s with its high shoulders and chunkiness. This ring sits high on the finger and is quite heavy. French assay marks.
Hallmarks:
On the bottom of the shank a French assay mark of a eagle’s head in combination with a dogs head (tete d’aigle & tete de chien) for 18K gold (750/000) and 950/000 platinum.
Diamonds & Colored stones:
12 single cut diamonds between 0.03 and 0.04 cts with a total estimated carat weight of 0.40 cts.
The stones are weighed and tested in their setting
